Kim recently handled the sale of our West Fenwick home and did an excellent job. She kept an eye on our home when we weren’t there, made sure that the info box was always full of flyers, checked to make sure that other agents locked up and turned off the lights when they showed the property to their clients, and provided us with good ideas to help market the property. The coastal resort market in Delaware/Maryland is very different from the metropolitan markets around DC and Baltimore, and it helps to have someone who knows and understand those differences. Kim knows the resort markets far better than most, and she has an excellent office assistant (Tara) who stays on top of the details. We would have no hesitation using her again and would recommend her to others.

If you want to list and SELL your property, Kim Hook must be your agent. She and her staff were fantastic. She knows the Fenwick Island area, because she lives here…she knows everyone. Kim recommended the selling price that would sell…we had a contract within 2 weeks of the listing. Kim and her staff were very responsive as we were living in South Carolina. She kept us in touch from a distance via Phone, text or email. She coordinated the settlement via electronic signature.

There were many complications in trying to sell our home, none that are attributed to Kim. If anything, she kept my husband and I calm and confident that she would sell the home AND DID!
