Kim and Staff were very knowledge about the current Sussex County Delaware Real Estate market. Kim has seen it all and knows what is important and how to meet her client's needs. In my specific sale, Kim pointed out that the lot already has its sewer impact paid since there once was an apartment on the lot. This helped me with my decision. She also was very knowledge as to what to offer and negotiate price wise. In addition, this was a 1031 Exchange sale and Kim introduced me to a very good 1031 Exchange Intermediary. Her assistant Lizzie was very helpful as well. Her office has a very welcoming feeling, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Kim Hook and her team, especially Lizzie Russell, helped us find and buy our retirement home. Kim had been providing us home listing since she sold our beach house in 2020. That sale was awesome as well. Kim found us a home that had been vacant for 2 years and it was listed at a very competitive price. Kim made an offer the first day we saw the listing and it was accepted immediately by the seller. Kim and her team wrapped up the deal and we settled in 30 days. This included a credit from the seller for needed repairs. Working with Kim and her team twice in 2 years has been a wonderful experience.
