Kim Hook is by far the best Realtor with whom we have ever worked. We have purchased and sold 7 homes working with a multitude of realtors. Kim is heads and shoulders above all others. She was efficient, responsive, accommodating and never pushy. We truly felt that she had out best interests at heart. She took the time to filter the home to try to accommodate all our needs. We were extremely pleased with Kim’s service. We met Kim eight years ago when she helped us with a market evaluation of a property my family was selling (it ended up being a private sale), and she impressed us immensely. She was the first realtor that we called this year when we were looking to purchase a lot in Sussex County to build our future retirement home. It’s obvious that Kim is very knowledgeable of the local market. She gave us excellent advice, responded quickly to any inquiries, and always kept “a close watch” on our interests during the final negotiations, soil inspection/site evaluation, and transaction.
